Snotty Noses Co Pty Ltd A.B.N.13633788860 (we, us, our, or Snotty Noses) recognises and values you as a wholesale stockist of our products.

Application

New stockists must complete the online application form, and will be advised by email within 2 business days, if the application has been successful.

We are looking to partner with bricks and mortar stores and online stores, who share a similar vision in stocking high quality brands. Not all applications will be accepted.

Log In Details

Once your application is approved, you will be emailed an account ACTIVATION LINK. Click this to set your password. You can then log into our wholesale portal and place your order, with credit card or payment options. 

Orders

Minimum order is 3 units per SKU. Wholesale pricing applies to stores with a retail storefront or website. Orders must be placed via the online wholesale login portal at https://snottynoses.dearportal.com/

Full payment must be made at the time of ordering through payment options available at the online checkout.

Stockists will receive an order confirmation email, and a record of the order will be held in their online account.

Wholesale Shipping

A flat rate standard shipping: $19.95 per order, with free standard shipping for orders over $1,300.00. Orders will be sent within 2 business days of ordering, using Australia Post or Team Global Express, and tracking information will be emailed to the address provided on the order.

Pricing

Prices and minimums are subject to change without notice. Minimum order quantity is 3 items per SKU. Bulk discounts may be available for large orders, and can be negotiated with Snotty Noses Australia. 

The RRP of our products respects our brand integrity and keeps the market fair for all stockists. Stockists that adhere to these brand guidelines can be rewarded with better pricing terms. 

Payment Terms

To assist fast and easy ordering, all wholesale orders are to be placed via the wholesale portal of snottynoses.com.au, and payment is required at the time of placing orders. This minimises paperwork and order processing time, therefore keeping wholesale pricing competitive.

3rd Party Platforms

Any approved stockist may only sell our products in the store or website as disclosed on the application form. No stockist may on-sell our products to another stockist. No stockist may list our products on 3rd party website, including but not limited to: EBay, Amazon, Catch Of The Day, Gumtree, My Deal, Woolworths Marketplace, Chemist Warehouse Marketplace.

Any listing on a 3rd party platform may result in the withdrawal of wholesale supply.

Order cancellations and changes

Changes to orders can only be accommodated before order reaches warehouse for fulfilment. If order has been processed, order changes cannot be accepted. Order cancellations must be in writing, and received prior to shipment. 

Warranty Claims

Our products are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s motor warranty, 1 month parts warranty (collection cup and nozzle) and a 60 day satisfaction money-back guarantee.

If your customer believes their product is faulty or wish to claim the satisfaction guarantee, they can contact us first if preferred, via hello@snottynoses.com.au. We may be able to troubleshoot.

Otherwise they can return in store for troubleshooting or return. A valid receipt must be presented. Refunds can only be processed at the store of purchase. 

60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: If a customer decides the product is not right for them with proof of purchase within 60 days, the stockist can issue a refund. Please direct claims/returns/damages queries to:  wholesale@snottynoses.com.au. Include a copy of the original receipt and refund receipt.

REPLACEMENT: If the product motor is deemed faulty by the stockist, the product can be replaced, and the stockist can email wholesale@snottynoses.com.au for a credit claim.

REFUND: If a 60 day satisfaction guarantee is claimed with proof of purchase, the stockist can issue a refund, and contact us for a credit claim. Please direct claims/returns/damages queries to: wholesale@snottynoses.com.au. Include a copy of the purchase receipt for claims.
